normal;">据青岛日报消息，该项目<strong>被纳入《山东省“十四五”综合交通运输发展规划》</strong>，目前已完成可行性研究报告批复，<strong>正在大力推进前期工作，</strong>力争尽快开工建设。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">青岛市交通运输局在回复莱青高速相关热点问题时称，青岛到莱州高速公路是青岛市重点项目，项目建成后从青岛市区至莱州驾车高速段约一小时，缩短了通行距离，提高了通行效率。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">今年5月，烟台市自然资源和规划局发布《莱州至青岛高速公路莱州段工程选址意见的批前公示》。同时，青岛段项目用地预审手续获得自然资源部正式批复。</p></section><section style="text-align: center;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 0;"><section normal;">据前期公示，莱州至青岛高速公路青岛段高速主线起点位于平度市旧店镇西上夼村北的平度莱州界，北接莱青高速莱州段，终点位于在建的胶即快速通道，全长83.3公里。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">威青高速以北采用双向四车道，威青高速以南采用双向六车道，设计速度120公里/小时；向南同步建设4.4公里连接线，实现与双元路、环湾大道的快速衔接。估算总投资约160亿。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">在去年公开的《青岛都市圈发展规划》中提到不少交通项目，其中就包括莱州至青岛的高速公路<strong>：建设莱州—青岛高速公路项目，谋划烟台—青岛等高速公路项目，</strong>促进轨道交通、跨市公交、城市公交有机衔接。</p></section><section style="text-align: center;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: normal;">同时，烟台和青岛之间的铁路建设也有新进展。中国政府采购网10月底发布青岛铁路枢纽布局规划研究项目竞争性磋商公告，其中提出“进一步论证青连盐高铁、青平莱铁路等项目必要性”。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">青平莱城际铁路是我省“四横六纵”高铁网的重要支线，可以有效联通潍烟、潍莱、济青、胶济客专四条横向铁路大动脉，对推动胶东经济圈一体化发展具有重要意义。</p></section><section style="text-align: center;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 0;"><section
