normal;"><strong>曾经还有人在论坛讨论八角会否成为烟台的另一个中心，如今这种日渐明朗的趋势似乎已经说明了一切。</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">八角，位于烟台市区的西端，很多人最先了解这里，应该是八角港。据《福山县志》记载，八角口是进入八角湾捕鱼的海口，常有各地渔船在此停泊，逐渐形成码头。</p></section><section style="text-align: center;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 0;"><section normal;">但在烟台开埠后，城市中心东移至芝罘区，八角也就此没落。一直到1984年成立开发区之后，八角划归开发区，但是这里始终都因为地处边缘地带而没有成为重点开发的区域。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">不过，从烟台西港区的建设开始，八角开始发生显而易见的变化。烟台作为沿海开放城市，港口的建设至关重要，但是位于市中心的烟台港，发展开始面临一些问题。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">随着芝罘湾区的开发，烟台港已经逐渐从复合型港口转变为以发展客运、旅游为主的港口，而货运功能则逐步搬迁至位于开发区八角的西港区。</p></section><section style="text-align: center;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 0;"><section normal;">在未来烟台的港口规划中，烟台西港区地位还会继续提升，将成为对接东北亚、辐射中西部、服务环渤海的物流中心。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">而八角的正式蜕变，应该是从2017年八角湾规划正式启动开始。八角湾规划之初，就被定位为烟台城市副中心，开发区综合服务核心，是未来烟台重点建设的板块之一。</p><p 烟台东西拉的这么长的线，从牟平到蓬莱，道路是真的废，高速还在修，可能还要两年。
如果能把莱山到开发区的荣乌高速区间从山东高速买下来，变成城市快速路。高速向外再建一条。感觉能盘活现在各区的交通。

这价钱 白石村和小黄山的棚户区也不可能
